Since I discovered my vocation for Coaching in 2000, I have the privilege to accompany as an Executive Coach hundreds of Executives from Corporations in many parts of the world in their Leadership Development.

Since 2006 I also have the privilege to be a Trainer to hundreds of coaches through my work with one of the few coaching schools with a global presence.

As such, I am lucky to work in countries as different as Germany, Mexico, France, Dubai, Canada, Israel or China.

This work experience together with the fact that I speak several languages and have lived in other countries gives me deep appreciation of intercultural diversity and insight into what drives Executives and teams to perform at their best. And a passion for the impact of coaching as a Leadership style.

Seeking to contribute to high standards in the coaching profession, since 2011 I am a trained Supervisor for internal or free-lance coaches wanting to review their coaching practice and advanced learning.

    Work principles I hold:
    • We all have enormous inner resources we hardly use
    • Our body has stored wisdom from our life experiences
    • We have a powerful “way to know” through intuition we hardly listen to
    • If not blocked through our rational mind, we all have great creativity
    • Deep listening is a key and scarce resource that brings out gold
    • Leadership comes from the inside out
    • We only reach our best version through relationships with others
    • At work we have daily opportunities for growth

I am passionate about the fertile space created when people get together to explore, discover and learn; work with the cultural diversity; the energy and clarity created through Presence; the talent unleashed daily in companies; the vast world of human possibilities and potential.

I deeply believe that training and coaching can give us the mindset, competence and skills needed to make this world a better place to live and work, especially in these years when outstanding leaders are highly needed.
